Our Facilities

Brook 6th Form & Academy is housed in an impressive state of the art building located in Barking and Dagenham, part of the Business and Science Park which is soon to be joined by an exciting new film studio complex. The school has excellent transport links, with Dagenham East tube station a short walk away.

Our Engineering workshops are at industry standard and include a CAD room, heat treatment facilities (wielding, casting), CNC machine shop, Lathes and Milling machines, as well as a Fabrication area and Additive Manufacturing Suite (3D Printers)

The science department, as you would expect, offers brand new science labourites in which students complete weekly practical experiments.

We are currently in the process of designing and building a bespoke Media Suite to enable students to take advantage of our unique location directly opposite the film studios. The brand new Media Suite will include a virtual production LED screen, video editing suite, sound studio and two Apple Mac Computer Suites.
